Kirsty teaches on UCW's Early Years and Education, Society and Childhood degree courses. Kirsty graduated from Bath Spa University with an honours degree in Early Years and is currently working towards completing her Masters qualification in Education at UWE. Kirsty works part-time and also leads a pre-school setting in North Somerset for children 2-5 years and has worked within the sector within various roles for over thirteen years. Kirsty has an academic interest in supporting children with additional needs, and is SENCO within the pre-school setting she leads. Kirsty is also interested in strategies to support staff and children's wellbeing.
