HE LibraryPlus

Far from being traditional, silent libraries, the LibraryPlus sites in all of our campuses are vibrant and interactive learning hubs where students can study, think and create in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

The Higher Education LibraryPlus (HE.LP) team, made up of specialist academic advisors and lecturers, has a huge role to play in our students’ successes as they provide advanced academic skills in areas such as research and writing for degree-level study.

As well as helping our students navigate the wealth of digital and printed resources on offer at UCW, the HE.LP team can also advise and guide on all of the technology on offer, which includes cameras, Macs, tablets and laptops.

Our main library is in the multimillion pound University Centre in our Winter Gardens building, with UCW students now benefitting from a variety of individual and collaborative study spaces and extended opening hours.

This is also where many of the HE.LP events are held, and these have recently included wine and cheese evenings, competitions, book swaps, exhibitions and so much more…

Follow LibraryPlus on Instagram and Twitter to keep up-to-date with all of the exciting things going on in HE.LP.

And if you are already a UCW student, please click HERE to access all of your online HE.LP resources.
