Karin Gray

I began my career in HR, gained an MSc in Occupational Psychology, and then began to specialise in strategy, corporate planning and performance monitoring. Over the last 25 years, I have used project management knowledge and experience to plan and deliver both transformational change and incremental continuous improvement in public sector organisations. I have held designated change roles, but more often I have been focused on strategy development, working in partnership with change delivery professionals. In these strategic roles I have identified and delivered continuous improvement alongside business-as-usual work. I am passionate about many aspects of change management: strategic intent; benefit management; evaluation; and communication with and support of people impacted by change.
