Abigail Green

Abigail is currently Head of Voice and Singing at University Centre Weston (UCW). Abigail teaches on the BA Hons degrees in Musical Theatre, Dance for Commercial Performance and Acting and Performance Making. Abigail has also worked as a guest lecturer at other institutions around the UK. Abigail is currently studying for her Doctor of Education focusing on the vocal education of performing undergraduates. Abigail holds a BEd Mus (Hons) from the University of Plymouth, a MEd from the University of the West of England and is an Estill Master Trainer (EMT). She is also a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians and the British Voice Association. Abigail is a self-confessed voice anorak, with a passion for the human voice and its development. Abigail is fascinated by vocal research and vocal scientific developments and regularly attends and presents her research at courses, summits and symposiums in both the UK, Europe and Australia. Abigail is committed to instilling confidence in her students and believe everyone can sing; it is just a matter of giving them the tools to do so!
