Gowns must be returned to Ede’s Ravencroft by 18:00.

The Winter Gardens Pavilion will be open to all guests. Please ensure that guests have their tickets as these will be checked upon entry. Guests will then be seated in the Winter Gardens ballroom by staff. |

Congregation in preparation for procession The Programme Coordinator for your course will be here to meet you, you will need to get into alphabetical order by surname and remain in this order. |

Procession Students will process in alphabetical order by surname. This will take up to 10mins (approx.). Please remember to wear comfortable shoes. |

Enter the Winter Gardens Pavilion When entering the ballroom, a member of staff will meet you and direct you to your seats, you MUST remain in alphabetical order. |

Ceremony begins When it is your course’s turn to graduate, you will be invited by a member of staff to queue in order at the side of the room. When your name is called you will walk across the stage, collect your scroll, and return to your seat using the central aisle. |

Ceremony ends Please remain in your seats until you are invited to join the procession out of the Ballroom. |

Procession The procession will go down the seafront (Royal Parade) and to the Grand Pier. Please stay in procession order so we can safely get you across the road – Your guests will follow the procession. |

Drinks reception The procession will enter the The Grand Pier where you will be able to reunite and celebrate with your friends and family in the Captain Jack’s Bar and enjoy a celebratory toast with plenty of opportunities for some photos! |

There will be a celebratory toast in the Captain Jack’s Bar on the Grand Pier from 16:30 – 17:30 for you and your guests – Please ensure you keep your tickets as they will be checked upon arrival.
The train will be available for guests and graduates (If weather permits). Please enter Captain Jack’s on the left-hand side of the walkway.
Please be aware that this area will close promptly at 17:30.
