Do you work within early years and primary education? We’ve got an amazing opportunity for you to gain first-hand experience from Greg Bottrill as he delivers a talk about his strategies and methods for working with children in education.
The session will introduce the play project approach. Play Projects are a simple yet powerful way to turn up the dial of childhood in your practice. Incorporating choice, creativity, collaboration, mark making, mathematics, joy, invention, and endless possibilities.
Play Projects can be dipped into or shaped as a focal point of your time with children. They also have huge potential to take childhood up all the way to Y6. The session will include a starter pack and a guide on how to send the massive joy of Play Projects from nursery to school.
About Greg:
A former Early Years Lead and Assistant Headteacher, Greg is passionate about education being an adventure not a pre-drawn route for children. He believes that children need to experience something special within our settings, but also be given time and space to reveal their own understanding and magic.
Greg works internationally with settings supporting their own adventures into the world of play and the magic of children. For further information please visit: https://www.canigoandplaynow.com/play-projects.html
