Simon Taylor is a practicing Ceramic Artist, lecturing and tutoring in Higher Education. Simon exhibits through several national ceramic galleries, being represented by St Ives ceramics and The Stratford Gallery and has a growing international reputation. Simon practices from his studio in Weston’s Old Town Quary. Current Research practice investigates the experimental firing of the ancient and alternative ‘Anagama’ Woodfired Kiln. His teaching uses a rich blend of creative enthusiasm mixed with his passion and current activities as an Artist/maker.
