Trevor worked in the zoo industry, mainly at Bristol Zoological Society for nearly 20 years. Starting work as a keeper but more recently being the Curator of birds and Mammal manager at the new Bristol Zoo Project. Some career highlights include enclosure design, hand-rearing chicks, nutrition and enrichment enhancement, and conservation/studbook management. Animal welfare, zoo legislation and exotic animal management are also his specialism. He has a BSc degree in Animal Science and as well as the Diploma in Management of Zoo Animals and Aquaria (DMZAA).
