Online October Open Day
Due to the ongoing and developing Covid-19 situation, our next Open Day on Saturday 17th October will be completely online.
You’ll still get to take part in course overviews and talks with our lecturers, meet our support staff and get guidance with key aspects of student life such as applications, accommodation and finance, and have a look around our fantastic facilities – it will just be from the comfort of your own home!
How will it work?
After you’ve signed up by clicking on the Book Now button on this page, we will book you into the course chat with lecturers from that area. These will be at 11am. If you are interested in more than one course, don’t worry, as we will make the overview sessions available online after the event and will also make sure someone calls you to answer any questions you may have.
Our HEART student services team will also be hosting online talks throughout the day on the topics described above and also student welfare, mental health support and specialist learning support. You can take part in as many or as few of these as you’d like.
Throughout the day we will also try to give you a real flavour of what it’s like to study with us by posting videos about our facilities and more on our UCWeston social media channels. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter now to keep up-to-date with everything UCW!
Interested in attending?
Please fill in the short Eventbrite form on the bottom of this page and we’ll be in touch to confirm that you’re booked in. We’ll then be in touch the week before the event with your invite to the platform so you can take part.
Want to find out more?
You can contact HEART about anything to do with UCW at anytime on email@example.com. If you’d prefer to speak to someone, you can call them between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Additionally, it may be possible to have a bespoke tour of one of our buildings with a member of the team on a weekday, but this would be subject to Covid restrictions and would be limited in terms of being able to access learning spaces. Please speak to HEART about this in the first instance.
