UCW’s Creative Arts Degree programmes showcase work, including live music, dance, musical theatre, art, animation, photography, and film.
Join us at our Creative Arts Degree Showcase, to celebrate the innovative and inspiring work our students are creating. Throughout the day, you can see displays of work by our Art & Design, Graphic Design, Games & Animation, Photography, and Film & Media students in our Tropicana Gallery!
In the evening, we will have Music degree students with some lovely acoustic sets, followed by our Musical Theatre departments production of The Mystery of Edwin Drood. This is a separately ticketed event, please buy tickets here.

When you enter through the main entrance of the 1532 you will be asked to present your tickets and you will be shown to your seats. Ample parking available in surrounding residential area.

Acoustic Music in the Tropicana Bar – Acoustic performances from our Music degree programme in the Bar.
Doors open for The Mystery of Edwin Drood – The doors will open for the evenings show, however music will continue in the bar area up until the show beginning, so feel free to mingle in this area until the call to take your seats. This is a separately ticketed event, please buy tickets here.
The Mystery of Edwin Drood – Our Musical Theatre degree programme presents a hilarious musical whodunit loosely based on Charles Dickens’ famous unfinished novel! This is a separately ticketed event, please buy tickets here.
Bar & Gallery – The bar & gallery space will be open until 10pm, so feel free to hang around and chat with the cast after the show.
