Photography in Practice, FdA

UCW student, Photography in practice FdA

Engage with contemporary photographic techniques and work on professional briefs before progressing to an Honours Top-up and exploring career opportunities in disciplines such as studio photography or photojournalism.

Photography is unique in that it is both a creative discipline and also linked with the subject it refers to. Whatever your interests are, you can explore them through photography. With the world of photography becoming ever more important and visuals dominating communication, this popular course will teach you how to interrogate how these visuals work.

It will also equip you with the practical, academic and professional skills required to develop your own photographic practice or work within the wider creative industries.
