This year’s graduation will be UCW’s largest ever graduation ceremony! We expect hundreds of families to attend to watch over 500 students graduating from our university level courses.
Due to popular demand there will be three ceremonies this year, and we will stream them LIVE on Facebook for those that cannot attend on the day.
We hope you are looking forward to your graduation day!

How do I order my gown and professional photos?
Ede and Ravenscroft are the company we use to supply graduation services such as gowns and professional photography.
Academic dress is expected to be worn by all students who are graduating and can be ordered here: www.edeandravenscroft.com. You must order your gown prior to you graduation day and this will be delivered directly to UCW and will be ready for you to collect on the day.
If you would like professional photographs taken to remember your special day, Ede and Ravenscroft also supply this service. You can pre-book to avoid waiting on the day or simply talk to a member of staff from Ede & Ravenscroft on the day of your graduation.
Can I request extra tickets?
All Graduates receive two complimentary guest tickets, these will be handed to you at registration.
Many of you would have received an email prompting you to request additional tickets and would have made your purchases by now. If you have not yet requested tickets, but would still like to – please email Thahera Jalil at firstname.lastname@example.org before Monday 11th September. Tickets are priced at £10 each.
For those who have purchased their additional tickets, you will have your e-ticket already. Please print these e-tickets out and hand them to your guests – they will need to hold on to these throughout the day.
